SOY MASTIC REMOVER
Chemsafe 310c soy based mastic remover is an environmentally responsible, naturally
based adhesive remover with a flash point over 295â°f. Chemsafe 310c has a very high ac-
tive content making for a more aggressive product than currently experienced within the
market. Chemsafe 310c is very low in odor with low evaporation rates allowing for longer
“open” times for active cleaning plus higher coverage rates

NO ODOUR MASTIC REMOVER
Chemsafe clear is an effective “no-odour” petroleum based mastic remover with a flash
point of over 200 degrees and negligible voc odor. Chemsafe clear has been designed for

This Carpet Adhesive Remover is a water reducible compound engineered to penetrate, soften

FINAL WASH
Chemsafe 801 Final Wash has been specifically formulated as a highly concentrated,
non-phosphate solution for use in the concluding cleanup stages of lead paint removal
projects. This product provides high powered degreasing, detergency and emulsification
properties which help lift, emulsify and suspends soiling to allow for more complete rinsing of
residues. It can also be used as a concentrated industrial detergent to clean and degrease any
surface that is compatible with water, removing oils, grease, soils and unwanted residues.
