GOLD WETTING AGENT
Chemsafe gold is a water based wetting agent used for “wetting out” fiberous materials
during removal. It has an extremely low surface tension which enables the wetting of
fibers along with added binding capability helping to maintain dust free conditions during
the removal of asbestos containing materials.

GREEN D ALL PURPOSE CLEANER & DEGREASER
Chemsafe Green-D is a powerfully concentrated degreaser that is simple to use. Simply
dilute with water to desired concentrations, spray and wipe away. Chemsafe Green-D can
be used on multiple surfaces, such as: walls, floors, plastics, stainless steel, carbon steel,
painted surfaces, ceramics, porcelain, and much more.

LOCKDOWN ENCAPSULANT
Chemsafe 500 Lockdown is a post removal lockdown encapsulant solution provided
premixed for your convenience. Chemsafe lockdown is an encapsulant which provides for
the lockdown of microscopic asbestos fibers to the substrate via the forming of a flexible
resinous barrier. This flexible barrier also serves a dual purpose by priming the substrate
and allowing for the adhesion of secondary coatings.
